From the beginning, drg. Futiha believed that a dental clinic should offer more than treatment, but a sense of safety for patients and a workplace that respects every member of the team. That belief has been the foundation of Mydents since its first branch opened in 2011. Starting from a small practice room, she built MyDents step by step. Each new patient, each doctor who joined, and each additional clinic became part of a steady journey toward quality care that remains accessible to the community
But as the number of branches increased, so did the challenges behind the scenes. Managing doctors’ schedules, maintaining treatment and equipment standards, and ensuring a consistent experience across locations required a stronger system than manual processes could provide. To protect the quality she believed in, drg. Futiha knew that Mydents needed a stronger structure. Not to grow faster, but to stay consistent as it grew.
That was the lens we shared when working with the MyDents team. We helped structure the financing for implementing an ERP system to streamline operations across branches, and also renovating facilities and upgrading tools to keep services aligned with standards. Through regular strategic discussions, we also helped map out priorities and long-term initiatives for the clinics.
For drg. Futiha, MyDents has always been more than a clinic. And for us at KarmaClub, supporting business owners like her goes beyond helping it grow, but also carrying forward the spirit they want to preserve.
